Give your business a space that works.
Construction and design for workplaces and business premises, with attention to function, identity and how people use the space.
The right scope for your space
Build around the way you work.
Your premises need to serve people, operations and the identity of the business. A useful brief brings those needs together, from arrival and circulation to the construction and finishing work that supports the intended use.
What we can discuss.
- Business premises and commercial building work
- Alterations and refurbishment discussions
- Space-use and access requirements
- Construction, interior and finishing scope considered together
Suited to
Offices, customer-facing businesses and other commercial premises.
Can an existing building be part of the brief?
Yes. Share photographs, plans and information about how the premises are used. Site conditions and any need to keep operating will affect the scope and should be discussed before arrangements are confirmed.
Construction in practice
On site. From preparation to the pour.
Good building work begins before the concrete arrives. Site access, material delivery and an organised working area are part of that preparation.
